These terms cover this website, merusgames.com. Each of our games has its own terms, shown in its store listing and inside the game.

1. Using the site

You're welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please don't try to break it, overload it, or copy it in bulk.

2. Our content

The Merus name and logo, the images and the texts on this site belong to Merus Games. You may quote short parts and use screenshots of the site to write about us, with credit. For anything else, like using our logo, write to us first.

The fonts belong to their authors: Luckiest Guy is used under the Apache License 2.0 and Nunito under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Their licences are included with the site's files.

3. No guarantee

We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees.

4. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

5. Links

Links to other websites are for your convenience. We don't control their content.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply.
